Develop a web site and people will come. They will if you follow these steps:-
1) Make it easier for people to contact you, each web page should have a simple call to action.
2) Work on your e-mail marketing list, don’t spam
3) Tell stories about the people who buy your product or service
4) Register with as many local directories as possible
5) Read “Don’t make me think. A Common Sense Guide to Web Usability”.

Most people now realise that building a web site doesn’t get you very far. Developing an on-line or digital presence involves many components, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Youtube. Putting out interesting content using some or all of these channels is the way forward. Once you’ve got the interesting content where do you put it?

Most businesses want to be ranked by Google. Facebook and Twitter are no longer indexed by Google, if you want to be highly ranked by Google then using Google Plus is a good place to start.
